For anyone in the tech gaming scene, from the 11 – 13 August, the
Sydney Exhibition Center at Glebe Island raises the technology bar with the Australasian Gaming Expo. One of the
globe’s biggest events of its type, there will be 15,000+ square metres of
gaming mayhem by over 180 exhibitors.
From 10am to 5pm on day one and two, and 10am – 3pm on day three,
you can hob nob with the world’s most prominent industry movers & shakers.
This event is only for gaming and hospitality executives so if you’re involved
in this scene, then you receive complimentary access as an executive using the
link in the first paragraph.
Celebrating 24 years of annual events in Sydney, you’ll see the
newest and latest in gaming equipment, design and an incredibly proactive environment
for buyers and sellers to network.
From computer science, hardware machine tools, software (web and
apps) and video games, the new rising stars will be demo’ing their
innovation. Pioneers in the industry
will also be showcasing new features and interactive gaming technology. We highly
expect that wearable gaming tech will be a major attraction talking point.
Recently featured in the Australasian Gaming Expo Facebook
page is BMM Testlabs. An exhibitor spotlight, BBM is the longest established
and most experienced private independent gaming certification lab in the world.
So if you’re looking for the legal requirements and compliances, these are the
people to talk with in August.
If your business model is looking to generate new sources of
revenue with additional partners, Cashpoint Payment Solution’s EFTPOS may be
worth investigating. Additionally
Futurelogic could be an alternative option, with their innovative ticket
printing for gaming tech providers. With
loyalty retention as a core need to generate stickiness for scaling, Gobsmacked
Loyalty will be exhibiting at the event, showcasing their reward technology through
integrated platforms for you to provide your customers reward points, promo
offers and cash prizes.
The greatest way to wind down before, during and after the event
is to return to a boutique
Sydney hotel by ferry. Just a short
ride away, Cremorne Point Manor has affordable rooms with priceless views of
the Harbour and downtown skyline. Winning our fifth consecutive Certificate of
Excellence by Tripadvisor, during the expo, our hotel does book up fast so we recommend
you reserve your room sooner than later.
And let the games begin…
