Our Guests are Not Mugs

In today's Sydney Morning Herald. There is an article about how many of the 5 star hotels are treating guests like mugs, Charging $1 for a 1 minute local phone call and $30 a day for internet. I've experienced this many times in hotels and frankly it bugs me, Hence years ago I organised for free internet and free local calls from the Manor. Anyway here is the article. We strive to ensure we are not a 20th century business in the 21st century. Article
